Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare experience.
• Strong inventory control and three years in supply distribution.
• Knowledge of clinical supplies and materials management operations.
• Proficient computer skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate re-ordering, restocking, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Create implant and supply purchase orders including consignment and no-charge POs.
• Validate vendor consignment replenishment requests against on-hand inventory.
• Generate patient supply requests for implants and manage inventory reports.
• Monitor backorders, recalls, and substitutions with Nursing Leadership.
• Maintain invoices, packing slips, and purchase order receipts.
• Provide inventory and productivity reports to leadership.
