Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with state licensure
• 5+ years of experience in mental health management

• Experience in OCD/anxiety treatment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage referral relationships and coordination with insurance providers
• Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and strategic plans
