OCD Anxiety Centers seeks a licensed therapist to serve as Program Director, leading clinical operations and ensuring safe, effective care. The role encompasses staff leadership, referral management, and budget oversight to drive organizational success.

You will mentor clinicians, optimize utilization of services, and maintain high standards of ethical practice while advancing program excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and current state licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health management.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations and clinical integrity across the facility.
• Oversee referral relationships and budget management.
• Train and mentor staff to achieve KPIs and quality of care.
• Develop SMART quarterly goals and reporting dashboards.
