Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers seeks a Program Director to lead clinical operations, oversee treatment integrity, and manage referral relationships. You will mentor staff, drive KPI excellence, and ensure compliant, high-quality care while aligning with budgets and strategic goals.

This role requires a master\'s degree, 5+ years of mental health management, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. In-person evening hours are expected in the facility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• Current state licensure as a mental health clinician required.
• Minimum 5 years of mental health management experience.
• Proven leadership and budget management experience.
• Strong data analytics and KPI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical program operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Mentor and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Oversee referral networks and payer relationships.
• Develop quarterly SMART goals and monitor progress.
• Prepare and present KPI reports to executive leadership.
• Manage facility budget, staffing, and resource allocation.
