Job summary

Social Recovery Center, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Evening Clinic Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our behavioral health program. The role requires empathetic client interaction, accurate check-ins, and efficient coordination with clinicians and staff.

The position emphasizes HIPAA-compliant practices, inventory control, meal coordination, and dependable, detail-oriented performance during the 5:00 PM–9:00 PM shift in Springfield, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of receptionist, hospitality, or healthcare administrative experience.
• Must be comfortable with EMR systems; familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with empathy, manage evening check-ins, and notify clinicians of arrivals.
• Navigate clinical software to check in patients, view scheduling, and log daily activities.
• Organize, verify, and distribute evening meals for clients attending programs.
• Conduct daily inventory checks for clinic supplies and report restocking needs.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
• Answer phones, route messages, and take detailed confidential messages for the evening team.
• Ensure reception area, lobby, and kitchen spaces are tidy for the next morning.
