Job summary

Prompt is seeking an Evening Client Experience Manager to support clinics and engineering release cycles. This fully remote role covers weekly nights and flexible schedules to ensure timely, accurate post-release client support across the SaaS platform.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering to document and prioritize release-related concerns. Prior experience in rehab settings is preferred and communication must be exceptional.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA).
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for software issues.
• Excellent MS Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for required evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of product offerings to respond to inquiries across the support system.
• Provide evening/overnight support via email for releases.
• Work within clinical and billing modules to identify and elevate issues.
• Troubleshoot issues, write clear engineering tickets, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Identify urgent issues impacting production or multiple customers.
• Contribute to knowledge base updates to improve support efficiency.
