• Develop and maintain understanding of product offerings to answer inquiries in email support.
• Provide timely, accurate customer support during early morning coverage and scheduled block.
• Work within clinical side while knowing billing modules to identify and elevate issues.
• Troubleshoot software issues, gather steps, write engineering tickets; collaborate to resolve.
• Identify urgent issues impacting production or multiple customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
