Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Manager for an early morning, fully remote schedule. You’ll support rehab clinics, troubleshoot software, and coordinate with Engineering to improve the product experience.

The role combines clinical insight with technology in a fast-paced, growing healthcare software environment. This position offers fully remote work with flexible second blocks, Monday–Friday coverage 4:00–8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must have rehab clinician experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email during early morning coverage.
• Handle tickets, investigate issues, identify trends, log and prioritize in engineering tickets.
• Bridge between CX and product stability, assist clinics post-release questions.
• Establish yourself as a key contributor across clinical and billing aspects.
• Collaborate with CX team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
