Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while following safety rules and procedures.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 3pm–11:30pm, with a pay rate of $17.33–$18.33 per hour. Strong reading, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team are required.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Follow protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
