Job summary

Envision Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Crew Lead, Site Supervisor, or Field Service Manager to join our Cincinnati-area team. The role combines hands-on cleaning with supervisory duties, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Based in the Greater Cincinnati area, you will oversee cleaning operations, train staff, and address quality and safety concerns while maintaining a steady, full-time second-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Previous crew lead, site supervisor, or field service manager experience is preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve in lead/supervisor capacity during assigned shifts.
• Supervise cleaning staff and custodial team members.
• Train new team members on procedures and safety.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Inspect work and address quality or safety concerns with the team.
• Respond to client feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
