Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring a Check in Clerk for our Janesville, WI Service Center. Monday–Friday, 4pm–9pm, with a 17.66 USD hourly rate. Responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone system, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers.

The role requires multitasking, accuracy, and strong Microsoft product skills. Benefits and paid time off are included in a full-time position at this site.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Be dependable, well organized and punctual.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and software.
• Strong office, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to contacts.
• Data entry and processing driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with routine tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
