Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre-Clerk at our Neenah, WI service center. You will answer multi-line calls, perform data entry, process driver paperwork, and assist dispatchers in a fast-paced environment.

The position starts at $18.76 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:30pm to 10pm. Eligible for vacation after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package including employee resort access.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Typing 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
