Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company in Chandler, AZ is hiring a full-time CDL Operator (Evenings) to join our delivery team. You will drive a CDL truck on an established route, restock and rotate products, and build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Ability to read code dates proficiently.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. for package product and up to 165 lbs. for keg product.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability; a cell phone allowance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by AZDOT.
• Delivers products to customer locations, collects money and checks, and records transactions.
• Greet customers, refill/rebuild backstock, shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad setup.
• Places product in the proper place at the account and handles return of empty containers/kegs as needed.
• Maintains rotation of back stock and displays during delivery; communicates any issues to management.
