Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time CDL Delivery Driver (Days) to service an established route delivering products to customers. You will restock, rotate, and set up product displays while maintaining positive relationships with accounts.

The role starts as a CDL Operator trainee, progressing to CDL Delivery Driver with overtime eligibility and performance-based bonuses. Must pass pre-trip inspections and stay safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Ability to read code dates proficiently.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs for package product and up to 165 lbs for keg product.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability; company will provide cellphone allowance.
• Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection as required.
• Deliver products to customers on assigned route; restock and rotate inventory.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships; resolve service issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading; ensure accurate accounting of deliveries.
• Support route efficiency and safety initiatives with management.
