Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a full-time CDL Operator (CDL Delivery Trainee) in Flagstaff, AZ. You will start as an hourly non-exempt trainee delivering to customers, with a 30–90 day training period before promotion to a CDL Delivery Driver on an exempt salary with incentive programs.

Position emphasizes customer service, merchandise rotation, and accurate transactions, with a path to route ownership and overtime eligibility."

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to work with diverse customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 165 lbs for keg products; ability to work holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver products to customer locations and collect payments with receipts.
• Maintain account relations, restock shelves, and set up displays.
• Ensure proper load-out verification and route safety.
• Record transactions and signatures; reconcile monies.
• Report findings to management and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
