Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a CDL Operator (CDL Delivery Driver Trainee) for full-time delivery routes. You will train initially as a CDL Operator, then transition to a CDL Delivery Driver with overtime eligibility and incentive programs.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate cash handling, route efficiency, and safe driving practices. Training period typically 30–90 days with potential bonuses and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and cheerful disposition.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Ability to read dates and codes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 165 lbs for keg products.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Reliable transportation and cell phone with data.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver products to customer locations and obtain signatures and payments.
• Manage cash handling and reconcile monies with deliveries.
• Assist with stocking, backstock, and displays at accounts.
• Maintain clean and safe equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate route activity and issues to management.
