Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking an After Hours Carrier Sales Representative II to build and maintain carrier relationships, negotiate core and dedicated carriers, and drive on-time freight delivery in a fast-paced sales environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with training in-office initially and a base salary plus a monthly bonus. You will work from Rogers, AR, with evenings and full-time weekday hours after training, contributing to team and business goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is preferred.
• At least 1 year in a sales/cold-call role or related field.
• Track and trace experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 1:30pm–10:00pm from home; training week in office 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain carrier relationships by phone and email.
• Negotiate and develop core and dedicated carriers for expedited freight.
• Ensure high service levels with on-time pickup and delivery.
• Meet or exceed team and individual performance goals.
• Manage carrier profiles and lane knowledge; update rates as needed.
• Onboard vendors/locations and oversee accounts receivable per guidelines.
