Job summary

Uber Freight is hiring an After Hours Carrier Sales Representative II to develop and maintain carrier relationships in a fast-paced sales environment. You will work hybrid, with remote hours after initial training, focusing on core and dedicated carriers to expedite freight.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a potential monthly bonus in addition to base salary. Training occurs in-office during the first week.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in sales or cold-calling environment.
• Experience in tracking shipments and managing statuses.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to train in-office for first week.
• Able to work Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm from home.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain carrier relationships via phone and email.
• Negotiate with carriers to expand core and dedicated capacity.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries with reliable carriers.
• Meet team and individual performance targets.
• Monitor freight network and adjust based on supply and demand.
• Manage carrier profiles and data in the TMS.
