Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider at our Oakmont of Montecito community in California. This on-site role supports residents with daily personal care to promote independence and quality of life, and upholds our mission and values.

The position emphasizes compassionate service, high standards of care, and teamwork across the campus. Training is provided; 18+ required; High School Diploma or GED; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents and families

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment complying with safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
