The position emphasizes compassionate service, high standards of care, and teamwork across the campus. Training is provided; 18+ required; High School Diploma or GED; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to interact with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents and families

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment complying with safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
