Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider at Oakmont of Santa Clarita to deliver personal assistance and daily care, enhancing residents’ independence. You will support ADLs, ensure dignity, and help maintain a safe living environment within a five-star community.

The role requires a compassionate, customer-focused attitude with essential HS diploma or GED and a willingness to learn. Excellent teamwork and communication are valued as part of our caring culture.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as per the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
