Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and daily care, enhancing independence and quality of life in a premier senior living community in California.

You will work with a compassionate team to support meals, hygiene, mobility and safety, following care plans. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with staff, supervisors, and residents.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (e.g., eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor of any changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment by following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
