Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and personalized care. You will follow care plans, assist with mobility, and ensure dignity and safety in a collaborative setting.

Experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Candidates must be 18+, pass health and background screenings, and commit to upholding our care standards on a bustling California campus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willing to complete training and certification as needed.
• Pass a criminal background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Support teamwork across departments and with colleagues.
