Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, operates the IVY Living communities and Salinas neighborhood care facilities. The Care Provider role supports residents with daily living activities, enhances independence, and upholds our mission and values in a compassionate setting.

Shifts run Wednesday through Saturday, 2pm–10pm, with a pay range of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, DOE. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, paid time off, meals, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
