Job summary

IVY PARK AT SALINAS, operated by Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, CA, seeks a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents, supporting independence and quality of life in a warm, respectful environment.

You will assist with ADLs, respond promptly to resident needs, maintain safety, and collaborate with team members to uphold our standards of service and compassion. The shift is Monday–Wednesday 2pm–10pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate any changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and departments.
