Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for IVY PARK AT SALINAS, a premier senior living community. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining a respectful, confidential environment.

Shifts run Wednesday through Saturday from 2pm to 10pm, with pay range $17.50–$19.50 per hour, DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• May require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Report observed changes in residents to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
