Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide routine daily care in accordance with each resident's care plan. You will support residents with daily activities, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include documenting health notes, reporting changes, and ensuring rooms are prepared and maintained. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and compliance with facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care per assessment and care plan.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports clearly and accurately.
• Escort residents to rooms and ensure bed is made and bed areas are tidy.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility under trained scope.
