Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents per care plan.
• Document all entries accurately in notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain room readiness, hygiene, and comfort for residents on shift.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to supervisors promptly.
