Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a CFL Caregiver on call for the PM shift (2pm–10pm). You will assist residents with ADLs, provide compassionate care, and support mobility, hygiene, meals, and social engagement in a high‑quality senior living setting.

Must have a high school diploma, current First Aid/CPR, and state‑dependent certifications; nursing aide credentials preferred. Competitive pay and development opportunities are offered, with benefits and education loan support available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications; Medication Management training may be required by state.
• Food Handlers Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and help with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Support residents' social and emotional well‑being per Individualized Service Plans.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts, emergencies, and requests.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
