Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Fingerprint clearance completed before first day.
• Health screening and TB test completed before first day.

Responsibilities

• Take a full handoff from the morning shift and pick up where they left off.
• Assist with afternoon and evening personal care, including toileting, grooming, and dressing for bed.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide safe transfers and walking support.
