Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documentation.
• Experience in residential setting with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass basic education or TABE as required by program.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents in CILA settings.
• Provide direct personal care or oversight as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
• Monitor and document medication needs; report health issues to supervisor.
• Assist residents in utilizing community resources and transportation.
• Complete required documentation and records.
• Assist with household tasks and maintaining home appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in drills.
