Job summary

Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Moon Township, PA. The role involves providing exceptional care for individuals with complex needs in a residential setting. Shifts include part-time hours, with 3pm–11pm Saturdays, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening.
• Experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents with physical, medical and intellectual challenges.
• Record observations and daily progress notes.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to appointments in Verland vehicles.
• Participate in planning social, home and recreational activities.
• Medication administration.
