Job summary

Verland in Moon Township, PA, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care to residents with complex needs. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, with shifts from 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will support daily living, assist with meals, hygiene, transport, and record observations, while promoting skills and independence in a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Care for individuals with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges.
• Provide individualized care and ongoing support.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, transport and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents in a safe, healthy home environment.
• Record observations and daily progress notes.
• Support planning social, home, and recreational activities.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Medication administration and basic housekeeping as required.
