Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Support dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Monitor safety and respond to falls.
• Document and communicate care needs to the team.
• Uphold empathy and provide a respectful, resident-centered environment.
