Job summary

The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our full-time evening shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am). You will advocate empathy and build connections with residents while assisting with daily living activities.

We value team members who bring energy and a positive attitude, are comfortable with computer tasks to document resident information, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection and advocate empathy with residents.
• Be present and contribute to an inclusive, positive environment for residents and the team.
• Engage in growth and training within the organization.
