Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phones, call bells, and intercoms and route requests appropriately.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate patient data.
• Enter physician orders and update patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
• Prepare and maintain unit reports and documentation.
• Support daily nursing station operations and maintain an organized environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflows.
