Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combined education/experience may substitute.
• Must have 2 years of work experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to communicate via email and maintain records with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Serve as liaison between passengers and drivers to ensure reliable transportation.
• Monitor vehicle assignments and respond to service disruptions.
• Assist with fleet and driver check-in activities and maintain safety records.
• Provide customer service and maintain accurate operational logs and reports.
