Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and address rewards or disciplinary actions.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the point of contact for time-off requests and complaints.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
