Qualifications

• Prior server and supervisory experience is preferred.
• Takes and delivers food/drink orders and maintains a clean, safe dining area.
• Evening schedule with 3:30 pm–9:00 pm shifts; both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture and client operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility and assists in employee selection.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
