Compass Group USA – Chartwells Higher Ed at Concordia University in Seward, NE is hiring a Server Lead. You will take and deliver food, ensure a friendly dining experience, and promote a clean, safe environment for guests.

This position offers full-time and part-time shifts from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with prior server and supervisory experience preferred. Benefits include free shift meals, free parking, uniforms, and events, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualificações

• Prior server and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Takes and delivers food and drinks, creating an enjoyable dining experience.
• Acts as the point of contact for requests and communicates with unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to company and client culture.
• Understands menu items and ingredients, handles complaints promptly.
• Assists in selecting and orienting employees and oversees training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
