Responsibilities

• Oversee all evening café operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Supervise evening staff and assign daily responsibilities.
• Open and close the café according to procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure policies, food safety standards and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation, including ingredient prep and portioning.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and presentation.
