Job summary

A leading indoor adventure park operator is seeking a Café Lead for its Glen Burnie location. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the operations of the Urban Air Café, guiding the performance of the team while cooking and serving food. The ideal candidate should have prior food and beverage experience and a high school diploma. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position demands strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of prior food and beverage experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain a food handling certification within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Café operations and manage the Café Team effectively.
• Ensure all processes, standards, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Train Café Team on menu items and customer service.
