Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Raynham, MA is seeking a Building Engineer for an afternoon/evening shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, M-F). You will monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life safety to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires hands-on diagnostics, adherence to codes, and proactive preventive maintenance. Shift differential is offered, and CBRE provides benefits such as overtime pay, medical/dental, PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean worksite.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
