A+E Global Media in Stamford, CT is seeking a Coordinator, Broadcast Operations (Temporary) to support daily scheduling and asset readiness. Work hours are 1pm-9pm, with Tues/Wed off, and candidates must be commutable to our NY, LA, Chicago, or Stamford offices.

This role reports to Broadcast Operations; you will finalize logs, manage branding elements in Wide Orbit, coordinate with Programming and Promotions, and help ensure on-air accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film or Television
• Strong oral and written communication
• Analytical and creative thinking mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Finalize broadcast logs using Wide Orbit and Bridge for next day’s playlists
• Import branding elements into the Secondary Events manager and adjust as necessary
• Collaborate with Programming, Promo and Commercial Operations for day-of-air changes
• Import and update programming and promo material into Wide Orbit and adjust break elements to fit timings
