Accelera in Mansfield, TX is hiring a Winder Operator to operate bobbin winding machinery and support production goals. This onsite role runs on a 3:30 PM–11:30 PM second shift with mandatory overtime, requiring reliable teamwork with maintenance and warehouse staff.

You will document process steps, manage threading, adjustments, oil, and data logs; retrieve materials from the warehouse; follow 5S and safety protocols; and report mechanical issues to the Value Stream Team Lead to minimize

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Pre-employment screenings completed.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift/push/pull.
• Comprehensive training provided for 1–10 weeks.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems; ability to listen for machine malfunctions.

Responsabilités

• Configure and run bobbin and wire winding equipment per guidelines and instructions.
• Document and track by managing wire threading, counter adjustments, oil replenishment, and data logging.
• Produce finished bobbins to support inventory and maintain continuous machine operation.
• Retrieve materials from the warehouse to support production workflow and report issues to the lead.
• Adhere to 5S standards and general safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Identify mechanical irregularities and report to the Value Stream Team Lead to prevent downtime.
• Assist with additional tasks or support lower-level classifications as directed by management.
