Job summary

EnerStaff LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Winder Operator to operate a winding machine for a label printing shop. Two positions are available on 1st and 2nd shift; pay is $16-$20 per hour, with Mon-Fri shifts and possible weekends.

Start ASAP; position is temporary for 2-3 weeks with potential to become temp-to-hire for the right candidate. Responsibilities include operating machinery that converts, slits and rewinds large rolls into smaller finished rolls, setting up and monitoring the machine,

Qualifications

• Operating machinery that converts, slits, and rewinds large rolls of printed materials into smaller, finished rolls according to specifications.
• Be able to set up, monitor, and adjust machine.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate winding machine to produce rolls per specifications.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust the winding machine.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and adhere to safety procedures, including wearing PPE.
• Pass background and drug screen.

Looking to fill 2 print machine operator positions (one on 1st shift and 1 on second shift) to operate a winding machine for a label printing shop.

• Operating machinery that converts, slits, and rewinds large rolls of printed materials into smaller, finished rolls according to specifications
• Be able to set up, monitor, and adjust machine
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, oiling) on machinery and adhere to safety procedures, including wearing any required PPE.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Position is being offered a temporary for 2-3 weeks but could become temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
