Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking an onsite mixer operator to efficiently blend finished products while upholding food safety standards. The role includes operating and maintaining batch equipment, recording data, and ensuring sanitation between runs.

You will work with QA and supervisors to meet production targets, follow GMPs, and train others. High School Diploma plus 1–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience handling chemicals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets without deviation and record changes.
• Operate and maintain mixers; monitor gauges and temperatures.
• Document batch data and ensure sanitation between runs.
• Communicate with supervisor and team; hand off to next shift.
