Evening Billing Specialist — Invoicing & Export Forms

Job summary

JBS Foods in Utah is seeking a Management Support role with swing shift hours (3pm-11pm) to handle billing across various load types and ensure accurate invoicing. You will coordinate with billing, security, and shipping teams, file invoices regularly, and be on-call for holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses solid computer, writing, and communication skills and maintains a low attendance point record. This role requires weekend on-call availability and adherence to SOPs for invoicing.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 attendance points preferred for internal candidates who apply.

Responsibilities

• Know all processes of billing out any type of load (i.e. trachea, employee meat sale, tallow, etc.)
• Know the process of rebilling
• Know the process of clearing up failed orders in order to invoice
• Know how to hand bill and who to contact to get confirmation to hand bill
• Know all SOP’s for invoicing
• Know how to file invoices and actively file at least 2x a week
• Be able to communicate effectively between billing team, security team, shipping team,and billing supervisor
• Know how to fill out EV forms for export loads
• Be able to work Saturday’s and Sundays on call shifts
• Be able to be on call for one paid holiday in each calendar year
• Be able to perform other duties as assigned by management
