Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support children with developmental disabilities in-home and in-community.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to clients.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
