Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Concord, NH is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the second shift 4pm-12am. You'll manage daily residential operations, train the BHT team, oversee client engagement, and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
