Avenues Recovery Center in Concord, NH is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (Second Shift) from 4pm to 12am. This role oversees daily residential operations, supports the BHT team, and maintains a warm recovery environment for clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)

Where You'll Work

Avenues Recovery Center at New England is a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. Our New England location is affiliated exclusively with Sober Living New Hampshire - a collection of three boutique sober living homes - enabling clients to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful, relaxed, domestic setting with round-the-clock supervision and care.
